6. User Submissions

Sikhona is not obligated to monitor Submissions but may remove or restrict any content at its discretion.

If Sikhona offers merchandise or products for sale through the Services, additional terms may apply at the time of purchase.

By placing an order, you agree that:

All purchases may be subject to availability and confirmation
Pricing, taxes, shipping fees, and estimated delivery timelines will be presented at checkout
Sikhona may cancel or limit quantities for any reason
You will provide valid payment and shipping information

Refunds and Returns:
Return, refund, and exchange policies will be posted separately and apply to eligible purchases. Some items may be non-refundable.

Sikhona is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

In any case, Sikhona’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Sikhona (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action must be brought in the courts located in the State of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
